I am very fortunate to spend this week with some very young and very dedicated windsurfers.
I was asked my my colleague Michal Hein (Sydney 2000 Israeli windsurfer Olympian and legend) to replace her and do some tactical and startegical training with her young team (ages 10-12)

So far we have learned the importance of shifts, how to spot them and how to use them, tracking gusts movement and prioritizing between them based on trial and error . Within a very short time the team has started doing a very good job and improved their decision making by a great deal.

I am looking forward to the next time and will follow their progress up closely
